When you choose to purchase one or more of our products, you are accepting and agreeing to our Terms and Conditions. We advise you to please read these terms and conditions carefully prior to purchase, as once items have been purchased, you are agreeing to abide with these.
By ordering or registering on www.bohobleu.com you grant us the right to add your contact details to our database and email transactional order, shipping and product review emails. From time to time we may contact you about offers and new products. You can easily be removed by either unsubscribing via a link or contacting us.
Boho Bleu reserves the right to make changes to this site and these Terms and Conditions at any time.

All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes 10% GST. Boho Bleu is an Australian registered company with the Australian Business Number 49 527 917 383. Boho Bleu reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All products are checked prior to posting. Should a product be faulty, Boho Bleu will replace the goods. We don't exchange if you have simply changed your mind.
Only pre-approved stockists are authorised to purchase from the Stockists Shop. If any purchases are made from the Stockists Shop by un-authorised buyers, it is at the discretion of Boho Bleu wether the sale is honoured, or refunded.
Stockists are also required to on sell the Boho Bleu chairs at the same retail price as listed on the website www.bohobleu.com.
- Providing the purchased item are in stock, your order will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.
- If the purchased item is in not in stock, dispatch will be within thirty days.
- Depending on delivery location orders are shipped via Allied Express, DHL and other local transport companies.
- Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product arrives damaged or is misplaced, it is the purchasers responsibility to liaise with the transport company assigned. No refunds or replacement will be given for products missing or damaged in transit.
- Please enter your shipping address correctly as once it has been received and dispatched, we can no longer alter the address and you will be charged the standard applicable shipping rate to resend.

International Shipping is restricted please request a quote by emailing us at email@example.com
You will receive tracking information from the shipping provider. All tracking inquiries and estimated delivery times must go through the relevant freight provider for your location. Boho Bleu will not be able to track items on behalf of customers.
Customers in the EU need to be aware that customs of countries within the EU will charge customs fees on all orders entering the EU from Australia.
